How to get a quick quotation from you?
In order to quote quickly, please provide details as below:
3d files with .step /.stp . /.igs/.x_t format.
2d files marked with critical dimensions and other requirements.

Generally we send quotation within 24 hours after having all related details clear.
If you have samples in hand, it is also ok to quote after sending us a sample.
What is the lead time of making some samples?
Lead time depends on the complexity and qty.
Specific lead time will be attached with quotation sheet after careful evaluation of your case.
We can also coordinate and do some quick turn projects if short lead time is required.
How do you guarantee quality?
- Inspection by machinist himself who is responsible for a specific part machining.
- First article part inspection by QA.
- IPQC patrol inspection during production.
- PQC inspection before shipping according to sampling inspection standard for large quantity production. And for small quantity, 100% full inspection.
- Material Certificates and outgoing inspection reports could be provided.
Our factory sets full and advanced inspection instruments such as CMM, projector, height instrument, industrial microscope, micrometer, calipers, thread gauges, pin gauges, block gauges, etc. so as to inspect all details on drawings and confirm quality is good and issue the ourgoing reports accordingly.
What if the parts received with damage or something wrong?
If mistake is caused by our side, we will remake for free or refund immediately.

Packing:
Multiple packing materials such as pp bags, foam, wood crates etc to be chosen to guarantee Safe Packing which is suitable for long distance transportation. If you have special packing requirement, please let us know in advance.
Shipping:
1) 0-100kg: express & air freight could be a good choice.
2) >100kg: shipping by sea is better for saving cost. It depends.
Trade Terms:
EXW, FOB, CIF, as per customer’s requirement.
